Professional Y35 (FB9N) Ferrite Arc Magnets for Motors
Custom High-Grade Sintered Ferrite Magnets with Stable Magnetic Performance
Engineered Y35 (FB9N) ferrite arc magnets featuring high coercivity, excellent demagnetization resistance, and consistent magnetic output, designed for reliable operation in electric motor and industrial applications.
Product Overview
Ferrite arc magnets are cost-effective sintered permanent magnet solutions optimized for motor rotor assemblies, widely used in consumer, automotive, and industrial sectors. These magnets are composed of barium or strontium ferrite materials, manufactured via powder metallurgy processes to form precise arc-shaped segments for motor applications.Available in both isotropic and anisotropic grades, Y35 (FB9N) ferrite magnets offer balanced magnetic performance and cost efficiency.
Isotropic grades allow multi-directional magnetization, while anisotropic variants provide stronger magnetic properties along a predetermined axis. With a working temperature range of -40℃ to +200℃, inherent corrosion resistance, and strong anti-demagnetization characteristics, they deliver stable performance in dynamic magnetic circuit designs.
